FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Limousine Rental Questions

When does the billing for our limousine services start/stop?

Charges begin at the pickup and stop at the final drop-off. In some cases,  driving time applies. The balance (the price minus the deposit) is due on the day of your ride; for an online booking it is charged to the card you saved. The Rental Agreement explains the other ways to pay.

Does Boston Roman Limousine has a minimum hourly requirement?

Yes. Hourly reservations have a 5-hour minimum on any day of the week. Weddings and quinceañeras have a 3-hour minimum, and proms a 6-hour minimum.

How do I make requests to my driver during the trip?

All of our limousines have touch control intercom systems for talking to your chauffeur during the trip. Also, drivers carry cell phones so that you can maintain communication for additional pickups throughout the day.

What is the alcohol policy in the limousine?

Clients of legal drinking age (21 in the U.S.) are welcome to bring their own beverages during the voyage. Most of our stretch limos have a bar with fine crystal glasses.

Is smoking permitted in the limousine?

Smoking is prohibited in all of Boston Roman Limousine’s stretch limos, party buses and SUV’s. If smoking occurs, service will be terminated and no refund will be issued. A $300 fee, payable upon request will be charged for the steam cleaning of the vehicle.

What is the next course of action if someone in my group damages the interior of the Vehicle during the voyage?

Unfortunately, customers that book limousines must accept financial responsibility for any reckless behavior that results in part of the limousine being damaged. Prior to the trip, our courteous drivers will provide instructions as to proper use of the limousine’s lighting, radio/stereo/DVD equipment and interior components including the upholstery. Roman Limousine of Boston also reserves the right to charge a fee for any excessive mess or spillage that requires the vehicle to be professionally cleaned.

What do I do if I discover that I have accidentally left something in the limousine?

If you have not already called us, we will immediately let you know if someone in your party has left an object of value in the limousine. Please call our support staff at 857-928-5105 to inquire about a lost item.

What if we have gone over our reservation time but want to keep the party going?

If charter runs over the scheduled end time, an additional charge will be assessed with payment due at the beginning of the additional time needed. Roman Limousine cannot guarantee any additional time that has not been prescheduled. For any overage of time spent in the vehicle, ten minutes past the scheduled drop time, an additional charge will be assessed.

Is gratuity included in the price?

Gratuity is not included. It is customary and is given to the driver. A minimum 15% gratuity is welcomed and expected by the driver.
